There is a strict 24-hour rescheduling policy. Rescheduling must be done 24 hours before the lesson time, since I can not fill the hour at late notice. Lessons can not be cancelled.

You can reschedule through the reschedule button in the booking confirmation email that you will receive right after booking. If there is a problem, please make sure to give me a 24-hour notice by sending me an email/text before the lesson starts, so I can help you to reschedule. My Email: jiayun@jiayunmandarin.com

Lessons can be scheduled up to 12 hours in advance.

Payments via Paypal, debit cards, credit cards, and Transferwise(WISE) are available.

The scheduling platform will automatically connect you to Paypal at checkout, where you can pay with credit cards or debit cards via Paypal. For payments via Transferwise(WISE), please reach out for more information.

This platform offers a discounted price, compared to the lesson price I offer on the other platform, where I need to pay a 21% commission.

In addition, lesson packages are available with up to 10% off.

All lesson packages are valid for 6 months. All lessons must be used within the time frame.

After you purchase a package, you will receive a confirmation email which contains a redeem code along with booking instructions. You will be able to schedule all your lessons using the code.

In your booking confirmation email, you'll be able to see your lesson time, along with a reschedule button. You will also receive lesson reminder emails and texts 30 hours and 2 hours each before your lesson.

You can also create an account on the site to log in to view and manage all your lessons and packages. At the moment the option to create an account only shows up right after you schedule a lesson, at the confirmation page.
